I have gone by many titles in my life; of all of them, Husband, Father, Friend, and now Grandpa are the ones I cherish most.
How do you put the sum of all your experience into a resume with a high probability of being vetted by a robot? Does work experience, education, altruism, or looks make a person a great employee? Or is it the less quantifiable things we try to measure, like leadership, strengths, and personality?
